THE EYE GUYS ALASKA

The Eye Guys Alaska are a mobile Optometry practice in Wasilla, Alaska. Because Alaska is such a large, sparsely-populated place, it was more beneficial to have their practice come to their customers than expect customers to come to them. The Eye Guys utilize methods of transport such as snowmobiles and even airplanes to reach people in need who would otherwise not have access to eye-care.

The objective of this project was to create a wireframe and prototype website for their practice using an already-existing logo, leveraging the beauty of the Alaskan landscape to showcase this information. The site was designed to communicate their services and the various means they had available to bring optometry services to even the most remote parts of the state.

The client was very happy with the new website because it allowed customers to learn about their practice and how to receive critical mobile optometry services otherwise unavailable to them.
